Which of the following factors would best explain why this correlation does not necessarily imply that the size of an individual’s home is the main cause of increased life expectancy?
a. Larger homes have more safety features and amenities, which lead to increased life expectancy.
b. The ability to afford a larger home and better healthcare is a direct effect of having more wealth.
c. The citizens were not selected at random for the study.

selection b makes the most sense regarding which of the factors would best explain why this correlation does not necessarily imply that the size of an individual’s home is the main cause of increased life expectancy?

the size of a man's home and the ability to have better healthcare are mainly caused by having more income.

the house and the healthcare are effects of the income.

at least this is how it works in my opinion.

while selection a is true, it's not likely to be the main cause.

statement c doesn't suggest any correlation.

neither does statement d.

only legitimate correlations are in statements a and b.
statement b is the better of the two by a wide margin.

Deep nonsense for beginners to scare them . . .

Avoid touching it.

They invite you to figure out something from a crippled logic puzzle, where they intently made the logic crippled.

As you see such nonsense in the future, do not approach to it closer than 10 miles.

It has no any relation to Math.
