when folded the radius of sector becomes the slant height of the cone
The area of sector becomes the lateral surface area of cone
6.6 = pi*r*6
r (cone) 6.6/(6*pi)
= 0.35 cm

The radius of the base of the cone is approximately 0.35 cm.
