You can put this solution on YOUR website!
14x squared=7x

14x%5E2=7x
Divide both sides by x

14x%5E2%2Fx=7x%2Fx
14x =7
x =7/14= 1/2
x = 1/2

.

    14x%5E2 =  7x

    14x%5E2 - 7x = 0

    7x*(2x-1) = 0.

The roots are  x= 0  and  x= 1%2F2 = 0.5.

ANSWER.  The solutions to this equation are x= 0 and x= 1%2F2 = 0.5.

Solved.

The solution in the post by @mananth is INCORRECT,
since he/she lost one of the two solutions.

Dividing both sides by x is allowed only if you are sure that x is not zero.
Otherwise, it is a mathematical CRIME.

If you are not sure whether x can be zero, you must analyze this case separately.

An alternative way to dividing both sides by x is to make factoring,
as I made it in my solution - then it is safe way to solve.
