The problem you posted was "-5+3i/-4+2i" --> -5%2B3i%2F-4%2B2i --> -5-%283%2F4%29i%2B2i=-5%2B%285%2F4%29i

What you undoubtedly meant was "(-5+3i)/(-4+2i)" --> %28-5%2B3i%29%2F%28-4%2B2i%29

Learn to be conscientious about proper use of parentheses. You can get yourself into all kinds of trouble if you are sloppy about it.
