Graph the following line: y=((5x)/3)-3

y = (5/3)x - 3
Let x=0 then y = -3
Let x=3 then y = 5-3=2
Let x=6 then y = 5*2-3 = 7
------------------------------
You have three points: (0,-3), (3,2), (6,7)

Plot the points and draw a line thru them to get:
