slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
( 98 - 52 )/( 11 - 9
( 46 / 2 )
m= 23.00

Plug value of the slope and point ( 9 , 52 ) in
Y = m x + b
52.00 = 207 + b
b= 52.00 - 207
b= -155
So the equation will be
Y = 23 x -155
