First, transform the numerator

    (3x-2)(x-4)-(x-4)(6-5x) = (x-4) = (x-4)*(3x+5x -2-6) = (x-4)*(8x-8).


Now divide the numerator by the denominator and cancel the common factor on the way.


You will get the final answer  -%288x-8%29%2F%288x-1%29,  or  -8%2A%28%28x-1%29%2F%288x-1%29%29.


Choose any of the two expressions - they are equivalent.
