FOR THE PERPENDICULAR LINE THE SLOPE IS THE NEGATIVE RECIPRICAL OF THIS SLOPE OR 5/2.
USING THE POINT(6,2 & THE SLOPE OF 5/2 WE SOLVE THE LINE EQUATION FOR THE Y INTERCEPT(b)
2=5/2*6+b
2=30/2+b
b=2-15
b=-13 FOR THIS Y INTERCEPT.
