SOLUTION: write in exponential form the 4th root of (16^3 * a^-2)/b^6
so far I got that it has simplified to 16^3/4 * a^-1/2 * b^ 2/3, but I am not sure if the b^2/3 is right.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! (16^3/4*a^-1/2)/b^2/3 you leave the b value in the denominator OR:
(16^3/4*a^-1/2*b^-2/3) you move it to the numerator & change the sign of the power.
