Replace every copy of t with 7 and compute.
Use of your calculator is strongly recommended.

On many calculators there's an "e" button to handle the constant e = 2.718...
It's similar to how pi = 3.14...

b = 9300*e^(0.02t)
b = 9300*e^(0.02*7)
b = 10697.5463293728
b = 10698

There will be approximately 10,698 books after seven years.
