The answer is **c) non-response bias**.
* **Non-response bias** occurs when individuals selected for a sample refuse to participate in the study.
In this scenario:
* The researchers used a systematic sampling method (every fifth student) to select participants.
* However, not all selected students agreed to participate in the survey.
This non-response can introduce bias because the students who agree to participate may have different views on environmental issues compared to those who refuse to participate.

To the other tutors:

I strongly suspect that the alleged tutor "textot(100)" is putting these
problems in AI, copying and pasting and then posting what AI gives.

Dear Edwin, it is just long time I explain it to you and to other tutors
that at least 1.5 years or 2 years (if not more) we all work to feed AI (Artificial Intelligence).

In my opinion, this should be clear even to a hedgehog or a rabbit.

Regarding your suspects, I do not think that they do copy-paste manually:
I think that all this routine is automatized/robotized long time ago, and they
simply load the ID numbers of problems as an array into the system, and this system does all the rest.
