a%5E3%28a%5E2%2B6a%2B5%29=0 Factor out the GCF a%5E3


a%5E3%28a%2B5%29%28a%2B1%29=0




Now set each factor equal to zero:

a%5E3=0, a%2B5=0 or a%2B1=0

Now solve for a for each factor:

a=0, a=-5 or a=-1

So the solutions are:


a=0, a=-5 or a=-1
