You can put this solution on YOUR website!
15% =0.15 own a cat
20%=0.20 own a dog
5%=0.05 own both
Event A = have a dog
Event B = have a cat
Event C = have both

the probability of event+B is:
+0.05%2F0.20=+0.25
or
25%
