With $920 being 25% of his savings, and R being the REMAINDER (75% or .75) in the bank after the 
withdrawal, we get the following PROPORTION: matrix%282%2C3%2C+.25%2F.75%2C+%22=%22%2C+920%2FR%2C+.01%2F.03%2C+%22=%22%2C+920%2FR%29
                                             .01R = .03(920) ------ Cross-multiplying
REMAINDER in the bank after the withdrawal, or
