Hi
(-4, 2) and
(5, -3)     m = 5/-9 = -5/9
***Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+highlight_green%28m%29%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29
P(-4,2) and m= -5/9
 y - 2 = (-5/9)(x + 4)
     y = (-5/9)x - 2/9   0r 9y + 5x = -2

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

so, you need equation of the line that passes through the points
(-4, 2) and (5, -3)
first, use given points to find a slope

m=%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29

m=%28-3-2%29%2F%285-%28-4%29%29
m=-5%2F%285%2B4%29
m=-5%2F9

now use point slope formula to find equation

y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29........use point (-4, 2) and m=-5%2F9

y-2=%28-5%2F9%29%28x-%28-4%29%29

y=-%285%2F9%29%28x%2B4%29%2B2

y=-%285%2F9%29x-%285%2F9%294%2B2

y=-%285%2F9%29x-2%2F9-> your equation
