(2) An angle of -π/6 (-30 degrees) is in quadrant IV, with a reference angle of 30 degrees.

(3) The cosine of the reference angle is sqrt(3)/2.

(4) Cosine is positive in quadrant IV, so COS(-π/6) is sqrt(3)/2.

(5) So SEC(-π/6) is 2/sqrt(3).
