You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

Please draw/show triangle  ON  YOUR  OWN.

This forum is not an art studio to plot on your requests.

If you can not draw this triangle on your own, I don't know how to help you.

If you can not to draw this triangle on your own, then I even don't know
if it is worth for me to make any effort and/or to explain you anything.

In any triangle, the smallest angle is opposite the shortest side. So the smallest angle in this problem is opposite the side of length 3.

Since the side opposite the smallest angle is the leg of length 3, the side adjacent to the the smallest angle is the leg of length 4.

For a right triangle, cos(theta) = adjacent side length / hypotenuse length.

So the cosine of the smallest angle in this triangle is 4/5.

ANSWER: 4/5

Note there is no point in including the instruction "Please draw/show the triangle" in your post; clearly that part of the problem is for you to do.

============================
It's 4/5
I drew the triangle, showed it to my dog.
