Area = 4%2810+%2B16%29%2F2%29 = 52cm^2
Perimeter = a + b1 + b2 + c
 a = sqrt%283%5E2+%2B+4%5E2%29 = 5cm  | NOte: sqrt%28+%2816-10%29%2F2%29%29 = '3'
&  c = a  (Isosceles Trapezoid)
P = a + b1 + b2 + c
P = 5 + 10 + 16 + 5 = 36cm
