The outcomes are 3, 6, 9, 12
Probability of a 3 is 2/36, 2/1 or 1/2
Probability of a 6 is 5/36 (4/2, 2/4, 3/3, 5/1,1/5)
Probability of a 9 is 4/36 (4/5, 5/4,6/3,3/6)
Probability of a 12 is 1/36
That sum is 12/36 or 1/3.
