The length of the given arc is  2%2Api%2Ar%2A%28130%2F360%29 = 2%2A3.14159%2A5%2A%28130%2F360%29 = use your calculator = 11.3446  inches  (rounded).    ANSWER


Notice that the ratio  130%2F360%29  represents the part of the total circumference corresponding to the given central angle.
