The exponential population function can be written as
P(t) = 300*(1.13)^t

The 300 is the initial population
The 1.13 represents the 13% increase per day

Plug in t = 11
P(t) = 300*(1.13)^t
P(11) = 300*(1.13)^11
P(11) = 1150.75834518363
P(11) = 1151

Answer: Approximately 1151
