ANSWERS:
1/6 of Php270,000 = Php45,000 at 9%
1/3 of Php270,000 = Php90,000 at 10%
1/2 of Php270,000 = Php135,000 at 11%
CHECK:
.09(45000)+.10(90000)+.11(135000)=4050+9000+14850=27900
