s(t)=-4.9t^2+29.4t+1 (you need a "t" for the second term, since you are anti-differentiating 29.4 dt)
the vertex for this negative quadratic is at -b/2a=-29.4/-9.8=3
so it is at t=3 seconds.
s(3)=88.2-44.1+1=45.1 m
