You can put this solution on YOUR website! .
Do all three cylinders have the same radius ?

Are the axes of all three cylinders parallel ?

If they all are parallel, do they have non-empty intersections ?

If they all are parallel, then to which dimension they are co-directed ?

Had the problem be stated correctly, it MUST clarify and describe all these details without my questions.

Since it does not clarify,  it is not a  Math problem,  at all . . .
This  " problem "  is only good to throw it to the closest garbage bin.
