of 13% on the cost price. Determine the cost price of the bedsheet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let x be the cost of the bedsheet, at which it was bought somewhen earlier.
Then the equation, describing the problem is
    x*(1-0.13) = 130.50,
or
       0.87x   = 130.50.
It gives  x = 130.50%2F0.87 = 150 dollars, which is your  ANSWER.
