Depends. If you replace the first card in the deck before you draw the second card, then each draw is an independent event.

If you do not replace the first card, the second card is dependent on the suit and rank of the first.

so there is NO QUESTION to answer for.

        Dealing two cards from a standard deck is NOT an " event "   - - -   it is an " experiment ".
