The problem as stated can't be solved.

Saying that "the chances of a woman wearing a skirt is 50%" is NOT the same as saying that 50% of the women are wearing skirts.

Ignoring the deficiency in the statement of the problem....

50 workers; 60% are women -- so (.60*50) = 30 workers are women
30 women; 50% wearing skirts -- so (.50*30) = 15 workers are wearing skirts

ANSWER: 15
