Re-post without using the "√" symbol -- it's ambiguous what is under the square root sign.

√x^4 -- that us clearly sqrt(x^4) = sqrt%28x%5E4%29

√y^3z^5 -- us that sqrt(y^3z^5) = sqrt%28y%5E3z%5E5%29? or is it sqrt(y^3)*z^5 = sqrt%28y%5E3%29%2Az%5E5?
