log+%28b%2C%28x%2B2%29%2F4+%29=+log+%28b+%2C3x%29..........if log same, base same, then
%28x%2B2%29%2F4+=+3x
x%2B2+=+12x
2+=+12x-x
11x=2
x=2%2F11
