In 13 years after which event ?

The question is posed in a very strange way.

If they mean in 13 years after today, then you simply should add 13 to 41 for Levi
and add 13 to 5 for Nora.

If they mean something different, that this "different" must be formulated in the question.

Today:
Levi, 41
Nora, 5

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
In an unknown number of years, n, Levi will be four times as old as Nora.

n%2B41=4%28n%2B5%29
n%2B41=4n%2B20
41-20=3n
