If the number  6  in your formula represents  $6  tax per each room per night, 
 
then the formula for the total cost is written incorrectly.
 
 
 
I do not understand,  what about the domain I can/should discuss regarding an incorrect formula.

You can  put this solution on YOUR website! Cost is then  69+6=75 dollars per night for each room.  This is a RATE. 
If r number of rooms and n number of nights, then cost is   . 
What domain you are looking for is not clear.  If it is how many rooms, then r is from {10,11,12,13,14,15,16}.
