The equation


    x + (5x+5) = 190/2 

    
    6x + 5 = 95

    6x = 95 - 5 = 90

     x = 90/6 = 15.


ANSWER.  The dimensions are  15 ft (width) and 5*15+5 = 80 ft (length).
