The problem is not described sufficiently.

"The bisector UT of line QR..." has little meaning.

Note first of all that it should say bisector of SEGMENT QR; the "bisector of a line" is meaningless, since a line is infinite in both directions.

But we don't have any information about where points U and T are. The only thing we know about UT is that it passes through the midpoint of QR.

So it impossible to solve the problem.
