Gary bought 5p%2F4 of Mango tarts and p of Pineapple tarts.

He gave 30 of the mango and 15 of the pineapple to his brother so remaining he has
5p%2F4-30 of the mango and p-15 of the pineapple.

Ratio of mango to pineapple he still have is 2:5.

Solve and decide.

If you try to solve this, one of the steps will say 17p=4%2A120 and not allowing for whole number solutions.

If "Gary bought 4/5 as many mango tarts as,...", then you will find better results!
