First thing we know is that the length is given by l=5w+%2B+3 where w is the width. The second thing we know is that the perimeter of a rectangle is given by P=2l+%2B+2w.

Substituting:

P=2%285w%2B3%29%2B2w=126

10w%2B6%2B2w=126
12w=120
w=10

And,
l=5%2810%29%2B3=53

So the dimensions are 53 meters by 10 meters
