Use the distance formula


    %28x-2%29%5E2 + %283-1%29%5E2 = 20


and find x from this equation


    %28x-2%29%5E2 = 20 - 4 = 16


    x- 2 = +/- 4


    x%5B1%5D = 2 + 4 = 6;     x%5B2%5D = 2 - 4 = -2.


As you see from my solution, there are two such values of x, satisfying the condition.
