In one hour, from 7 am to 8 am, Bob covers 20 kilometers, and at 8 am the distance between them is 62-20 = 42 kilometers.


Starting from 8 am, their approaching rate is 20 + 8 = 28 km/h.


Hence, they will meet in  42%2F28 = 1.5 hours = 1 hour and 30 minutes after 8 am, i.e. at 9:30 am.    ANSWER
