Since the 6 and 7 differ by 1, the smallest number divisible by both 6 and 7 is the product of the two numbers, 6*7=42.
Then all the numbers divisible by both 6 and 7 are multiples of 42.
There is only one other 2-digit number that is a multiple of 42: 84.
And 84 is divisible by 4....
