You can put this solution on YOUR website! . How much energy in Cal does it take to completely boil 1.70 kg of water at 23oC?
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 "To completely boil water"  is incorrect ( = nonsensical = ) combination of  Physics terms/words/notions.
 The correct formulation could // would be
 "How much energy in calories does it take to heat up 1.70 kg of water from  23°C to the boiling temperature? "
 Or,  if you mean something different,  then express this different in other correct terms.
 The appropriate words are  "vaporize",  "to convert to steam"  etc., depending on what you want to express . . .
 To come to the forum with such formulation as in this post is the same as to come to a city square
 keeping in your hands a placard with inscription written in  CAPITAL  LETTERS
