15 ice creams sold each minute is 15*60 minutes = 900 ice creams sold each hour
(because each hour is 60 minutes).
So, to sell 40,000 ice creams, you need  =  = 44.444 hours.
If you are open 10 hrs per day, you need 4.444 days, which is about 4 and a half of the day.
The second half of the 5-th day you are FREE of yours duties.
ANSWER. 5 days is enough. 4 days is not enough.
