x = 1st side

2x = 2nd side

(x+5) = 3rd side


    x + 2x + (x+5) = 69

        4x         = 69-5 = 64

         x                = 64/4 = 16


ANSWER.  1st side is 16 m long.  2nd side is 32 m long.  3rd side is 21 m long.
