P = 2w + 2L
P = 2w + 2(w/3) = 32m
      (8/3)w = 32m
           w = (3/8)32m = 12m  and L = 4m  12%2F3

   24m + 8m = 32m checks.

The common usage of words is the length for the longer side of a rectangle and the width for the shorter side.


But some people with reversed mind use these words in opposite way,
as the composer of this problem.


It is not prohibited, but makes unpleasant impression. Same as the right shoe put to the left leg.
