i would say one divided by ten thousand.

the result would be 1 / 10000 = .0001 = one ten thousandth.

1 is equal to one
1/10 is equal to one tenth
1/100 is equal to one one hundredth
1/1000 is equal to one one thousandth.
1/10000 is equla to one ten thousandth.
