You can put this solution on YOUR website! .
 Hello,  this forum is not a graphing studio to make plots for you.

 I used to think,  that every student must do such simple routine job on his (or her) own,  without asking for help from outside.

 Such assignments are of the   1 + 2 = 3   level of complexity.

 and if you will request for help with such simple routine assignment,  then I doubt if you will develop real skills
 necessary for you in your life.

 It is why . . . . . . . . and so on . . . .

You can put this solution on YOUR website! y = 2x + 3 when
 x=0,y=3 (0,3)
 x=-2,y=-1 (-2.-1)
 x= 3, y=6 ,(3,9)
 y = -3x -4
 when
 x=1, y=-7 (1,-7)
 x=-2,y=2 , (-2,2)
 x= -1,y=0 (-1,-1)
 Plot the points to obtain the graphs
