Jack: 12/15 = 4/5
Jill: 20%2Fx+=+4%2F5  |Set Up Proportion:  Cross Multiply to Solve	
 
 4x = 100
   x = 25, how many pears Jill picked

  20/25 = 4/5  Checks.
