Determine the amount of gaseline used for the month.
#gal per day * # of workdays per month = total amount of gas
1.5 * 20 = 30
So, you know 30 gallons are used per month. If the cost of a gallon of gas is $2, then multiply this amount times the number of gallons.
$2 * 30 = $60
Thus, $60 should be budgeted for gas expenditures.
