you have two right triangles with common leg, so they are similar and their sides are proportional
in ratio 15%2F20=3%2F4
so, their areas will be proportional in same ratio
therefore, the ratio of the area of the small inscribed circle to that of
the large inscribed circle ratio is 3%2F4
