Hi
 A(5,4) and
 B(3,-2)    Midpoint is P(4, 1)  and m = 6/2 = 3 (Line segment AB)
the equation of the perpendicular bisector:
 y - 1 = (-1/3)(x - 4)
  y = (-1/3)x + 7/3
