You can put this solution on YOUR website! 500 * 1/12 * 1/12 * 1/12 * 1/3 * 1/3 * 1/3 equals:
500 * (1/12) ^ 3 * (1/3) ^ 3 equals:
.0107167353 cubic yards.
this is the same as:
500 / (12 * 12 * 12 * 3 * 3 * 3) which equals:
500 / (12^3 * 3^3) which equals:
.0107167353 cubic yards.
1 cubic yard is equal to 3 * 3 * 3 cubic feet.
1 cubic foot is equal to 12 * 12 * 12 cubic inches.
if you have .0107167353 cubic yards, .....
multiply them by (3 * 3 * 3) to get .2893518519 cubic feet, and then, .....
multiply that by (12 * 12 * 12) to get 500 cubic inchea.
when you convert cubic inches to cubic yards, your 6 multipliers are:
1/12 * 1/12 * 1/12 * 1/3 * 1/3 * 1/3.
