To find the volume, simply multiply all of the dimensions together to get

8*6*3=48*3=144

So the volume of the container is 144 cubic feet

I have to assume, because you didn't say, that the shipping container is in the shape of a rectangular prism.

To find the volume of a rectangular prism, multiply the length times the width times the height. V=lwh

Since the measures of the sides are given in feet, remember to express your answer in terms of cubic feet ft%5E3

I'll let you do the arithmetic.
